We received a response from Brittany ferries with regards to your complaint. Firstly they would like to apologies for the inconvenience caused. (voorafgaand)
Secondly I am pleased to confirm that you will be receiving refund of 68.50 EUR( which is 50% of the ticket price) . The 68.50 EUR will be refunded back to your card that you used to make the booking with.
